The Air Jordan 14 (XIV) Original (OG) - White / Black - Varsity Red were released on January 9, 1999. They feature a white leather upper, with red accents, which can be seen on the support wraps which are located at the sides toward the bottom. The sleek stitched lines along the side panels feature perforations between them, which allow the bearer's foot to breathe comfortably. The herringbone pattern which extends across the outsole provides great traction and makes these great on the hardwood. They are also very light, and in fact, are the lightest Air Jordans to date.
